The Script brings home the message that life is short and we’ve got to make the most of it. It’s great to see young people embrace the transience of life and help make talking about death a natural part of life in our culture. Maybe through songs such as this, the younger generation will have less fear of death and thus participate in life more fully.

Some people think that LeaveLight is intended only for people facing imminent death, however it gives each of us who is going to die (at any time) the chance to reduce the burden on our loved ones and leave a legacy for those left behind.
